Spot Weld’s RockerRite style welders are going to be your most economical type of resistance welder, and will have the ability to reach into spaces a press style welder can not.

The RockerRite is designed for applications that include:

• HVAC, tubes, pipes, filter bodies
• Standard to light weld force requirements
• Reaching into tight spaces
• Using offset tooling to fixture a part
• Rare tooling changes

We have commonly achieved 60 welds-per-minute with this technique and have seen up to 100 welds-per-minute. This is an inexpensive alternative to seam welding, and can be considerably more adaptable than traditional seam welding for complex geometry.
